Booth Set Up:
Monday, June 24, 2024 thru Friday, June 28, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00pm. (*Friday complete by 5pm)
*We will have a soft opening of the festival on Thursday, June 27, 2024 5pm-11pm, please take this into consideration when planning for setup and staffing.
Deadline for Set-up:
Friday, June 28, 2024 at 5:00 pm. *
All vendors are expected to be set up and in place by 5 p.m. on Friday, and staffed during all Festival hours.
Soft opening Thursday: 5pm-11pm, staff if able.
Friday: 5pm-11:00
Saturday: 12:00-11:00
Sunday: 12:00-11:00 (Fireworks at 9:30pm)
VENDORS from Outside of Columbia Station:
Businesses, Crafters, Direct Sellers, Retailers, Information, Political, Games, etc. located outside of Columbia Station - No Food or Beverages Allowed For Sale. - Table, chairs, and/or vendor tent not included

Additional 5' Frontage - $50

Businesses, Crafters, Direct Sellers, Retailers, Information, Political, Games, etc. located in Columbia Station - No Food or Beverages Allowed For Sale. - Table, chairs, and/or vendor tent not included
